Existing home 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with no garage

Demo - a large excavator was brought in to remove the existing structure.  Temporary fencing was installed along with temporary protection for the adjacent homes.  The conditions of the adjacent homes were documented to avoid future false damage claims.

Foundations - large property line retaining wall being formed and ready to be poured.  We worked closely with the rear neighbor re-connecting their utilities and protecting their structure during construction

Utilities - Due to the neighbors utilities running thru a side yard easement, redundant conduit were laid in a side yard trench to connect the home to the utilities.  The sewer lateral was located and capped for future connection

Framing - first and second floor framing

Framing - corner fireplace being framed.  Chase was utilized for venting the tankless water heater from garage below.  A three level chase was built from the garage to the third floor for the dumbwaiter.
